Stored script execution via unescaped circuit type names

Stored XSS in NetBox 3.5.1 Circuit Types allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in another user's browser via a crafted Name. The Circuit Type form stores event-handler HTML in the Name field and renders it without neutralization when that type is selected during circuit creation. Exploitation requires an account able to add circuit types and a victim who opens circuit creation and selects the malicious type.
