Cross-account command execution via unchecked executor ownership

Incorrect authorization in XXL-Job 2.4.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through another user's executor. The /jobinfo endpoints accept attacker-modified executor and task identifiers without enforcing the requesting account's executor permissions. A low-privilege account can view, add, modify, delete, stop, or trigger another account's jobs, enabling command execution in that executor's context.
