Stored script execution via unsanitized popover names

Stored XSS in eMedia Consulting simpleRedak 2.47.23.05 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in a backend user's browser. The casting application accepts an unfiltered first or last name, places it in a Bootstrap popover data-original-title attribute, and assigns it to innerHTML on hover. Execution requires a backend user to open the submitted application's detail view and hover over the contact control, exposing that user's browser context to the injected script.
