Client-side script execution via unescaped form action

Reflected XSS in eMedia Consulting simpleRedak 2.47.23.05 and earlier allows remote attackers to run script via a crafted link. The format_642.php form copies the full request URL into its action attribute without filtering quotation marks, allowing injected HTML to escape the attribute. Exploitation requires a victim to open the malicious link, after which the payload executes in that victim's browser context.
