Remote command execution via permissive domain validation

Command injection in D-Link DIR-846 firmware 1.00A52 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through the HNAP1 interface. The SetNetworkTomographySettings handler accepts apostrophes and ampersands through check_domain(), then concatenates tomography_ping_address into a single-quoted ping shell command. The published request includes HNAP authentication headers and a session cookie, although the NVD assessment records no privileges required.
