Arbitrary code execution via toColor sandbox bypass

Code injection in ReportLab 3.6.12 and earlier allows attackers to execute arbitrary code through hostile input passed to toColor. The rl_safe_eval blacklist accepts a crafted str subclass whose mutable comparisons bypass forbidden-name checks, exposing function globals and the os module. Exploitation requires an application to pass attacker-controlled color expressions, such as HTML markup submitted for PDF generation, and runs code with that application's privileges.
