Authenticated service interrupt via AddWlanMacList stack overflow

Published May 31, 2023 · Updated Jan 10, 2025

Stack overflow in the H3C Magic R300 R300-2100MV100R004 web interface allows remote authenticated users to cause a service interrupt. Public sources locate the flaw in the AddWlanMacList handler at /goform/aspForm but do not disclose the request parameter or unsafe copy operation. Administrative access to the network management interface is required; the record does not establish whether memory corruption stops at a crash or enables code execution.
