Command injection in NETGEAR R6250 firmware 1.0.4.48 allows remote authenticated users to execute shell commands through crafted POST parameters. The web management request handler incorporates attacker-controlled POST parameter values into a shell command without neutralizing command syntax. Valid web management privileges are required, and successful exploitation grants shell privileges on the router.
