Unauthenticated command execution via hostName shell injection

Command injection in TOTOLINK X5000R firmware 9.1.0u.6118_B20201102 and 9.1.0u.6369_B20230113 allows remote attackers to execute commands. setOpModeCfg accepts hostName in a POST to /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi and incorporates shell metacharacters without neutralization. A proto value other than 3, 4, or 6 reaches the vulnerable default path, and the disclosure reports command execution without authorization.
