SQL injection in Remote Clinic 2.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data through the patients page's start parameter. The patients listing uses the start value as an SQL pagination offset without validation or parameterization, allowing injected syntax to alter the query. No authentication or user interaction is required; time-based responses reveal database contents, while injected statements can modify them.
