File disclosure via unchecked joined paths

Directory traversal in Cloudflare Wrangler 2 before 2.20.1 and 3 before 3.1.1 allows remote attackers to read host files. In the Pages development server's findAssetEntryForPath handler, join() accepted encoded traversal segments and produced paths outside the build output directory without canonicalization or a containment check. Exploitation requires the victim to run wrangler pages dev and the attacker to reach its local development server from the same network; the consequence is unauthorized file disclosure.
