Authenticated source-code disclosure via unchecked configuration path
Published Jun 6, 2023 · Updated Jan 8, 2025
Missing authorization in Harmonic NSG 9000-6G allows remote authenticated users to read source code through a special path. The cgi.bin/config.exp endpoint serves its configuration file without an access-permission check, exposing interface definitions and request logic. An authenticated session and network access to the appliance are required; the disclosure has no published integrity or availability effect.
