Process crash via unmatched IPv6 bracket

Buffer overflow in Sogou Workflow 0.10.6 allows remote attackers to crash a consuming process via a crafted URI ending in an unmatched bracket. URIParser::parse treats any host beginning with an opening bracket as bracketed IPv6, subtracts two from a zero-length host, and passes the resulting negative length to memcpy. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass the crafted URI into the parser; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash.
