Unrestricted file upload in BlogEngine.NET 3.3.8.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code via the upload API. The UploadControlled.cs video path saves an attacker-supplied file to a hard-coded web-accessible directory without rejecting executable types. EditOwnPosts permission is required; requesting the uploaded file executes it on the server.
