Main web server crash via uncaught exception
Published Aug 3, 2023 · Updated Oct 17, 2024
Uncaught exception handling in Control ID IDSecure 4.7.26.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the main web server. The main web server leaves an exceptional condition uncaught, but public records do not identify the triggering request or affected handler. No authentication or user interaction is required; a network request can terminate the server and interrupt IDSecure management access.
