Root command execution through chained traversal

OS command injection in all versions of NEC Aterm routers allows attackers with high privilege to execute arbitrary commands as root. NEC and JVN identify command injection chained from file-viewing and file-deletion traversal flaws but do not disclose the command handler or unsanitized input. Exploitation requires adjacent-network access and prior elevation through both traversal flaws; successful use gives root-level command execution.
