Administrator-level reflected XSS via undisclosed input
Published Jul 18, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Reflected XSS in Hijiriworld Custom Post Type Generator through 2.4.2 allows remote authenticated administrators to run script in a user's browser. Patchstack has not disclosed the vulnerable parameter, handler, or escaping failure that reflects attacker-controlled input into an HTML response. An administrator-level account must submit the crafted request, and another user must interact with the reflected response; successful exploitation permits browser-context actions and data access.
