Weak encryption in Marval MSM through 14.19.0.12476 allows local users with database access to decrypt stored secrets. MSM encrypts secrets and certain credentials with TripleDES using a static key and initialization vector shared across installations. Exploitation requires access to encrypted database contents and exposes stored credentials without altering data or service availability.
