Sensitive file disclosure via unvalidated URL paths

Path traversal in Gira KNX IP Router 3.1.3683.0 and 3.3.8.0 allows remote attackers to read sensitive files over HTTP. Its root-privileged web interface accepts directory-traversal sequences in a requested URL and resolves them beyond the document root. No authentication or user interaction is required, and a crafted request can disclose arbitrary local files, including password hashes.
