Authenticated command execution via unrestricted PHP upload

Unrestricted file upload in AgileBio LabCollector 6.0 through 6.15 allows remote authenticated users to execute system commands. The KCFinder upload endpoint accepts a multipart filename containing .jpg.php, stores the PHP body under UserFiles/files, and leaves it web-executable. Any low-privileged account can upload the payload and invoke it over HTTP, granting command execution under the web server's privileges.
