HTML injection in SolarWinds Platform 2023.2.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject passive HTML through appended URL parameters. The web console renders attacker-controlled URL parameter content as passive HTML without sufficient input neutralization. A valid Platform account and user interaction are required, and the reported consequence is limited to modification of rendered page content.
