Information disclosure in SolarWinds Network Configuration Manager 2023.3.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive data. SolarWinds identifies missing encryption of sensitive data but has not published the affected data locus or the operation that leaves it unencrypted. Exploitation requires administrative access to the SolarWinds Web Console and affects confidentiality without reported data modification or service interruption.
