Arbitrary code execution via CGM structure over-read

Out-of-bounds read in Siemens JT2Go and Teamcenter Visualization allows attackers to execute code via crafted CGM files. The CGM parser reads past the end of an allocated structure when processing attacker-controlled file contents. Exploitation requires a user to open the malicious file, after which code runs with the privileges of the affected application's current process.
