Application crash via crafted CGM file
Published Jun 13, 2023 · Updated Jan 3, 2025
Null pointer dereference in Siemens JT2Go and Teamcenter Visualization allows attackers to crash affected versions with a crafted CGM file. The CGM parser dereferences a null pointer while processing malformed file content. A user must open the malicious file; successful exploitation terminates the affected process and requires the application to be restarted.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
