Memory corruption in Qualcomm Hypervisor allows local users to compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability via a signed VM image. The VM loader checks a signed image, then consumes processor-cache contents that are not coherent with the checked image, creating a TOCTOU window. Local execution without privileges or user interaction is required; successful exploitation corrupts hypervisor memory.
