Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon Windows WLAN drivers allows remote attackers to interrupt wireless service via WLAN traffic. The ieee80211_parse_mscs_ie parser reads beyond the supplied MSCS information element because it does not check the input size. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is a transient availability interruption rather than data disclosure or modification.
