Denial of service in Qualcomm Snapdragon data modem firmware allows remote attackers to interrupt service with DTLS handshake fragments. The modem leaks heap memory while reassembling information-element fragments received from a server during a DTLS handshake, causing transient user-equipment failure. The attack requires network reachability to the modem's DTLS exchange, and published evidence reports only temporary availability loss.
