Information disclosure via SIB5 buffer over-read

A buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon modem firmware allows remote attackers to disclose information while processing SIB5 messages. The modem performs a buffer copy without validating the SIB5 input size, causing an over-read; Qualcomm has not disclosed the affected function or field. Unauthenticated network reachability is sufficient; the bounded effects are information disclosure and limited service interruption, with no integrity impact.
