Buffer over-read in Qualcomm WLAN firmware allows remote attackers to interrupt service via a crafted NAN management frame. The frame parser reads beyond its intended buffer while processing the untrusted management frame, although Qualcomm has not disclosed the affected function or omitted bounds check. The attacker must be within wireless range and transmit a NAN frame; the reported consequence is a transient firmware outage.
