Memory corruption via unchecked SMS buffer copy

Buffer overflow in Qualcomm Snapdragon Radio Interface Layer firmware allows local users with high privileges to corrupt memory while sending SMS. The affected copy operation handles SMS data from AP firmware without adequate bounds checking, but Qualcomm has not disclosed the function, buffer, or input field. Access requires high local privileges and no user interaction; the resulting execution or service-failure behavior remains undisclosed.
