Arbitrary file write via traversable parameter name

Path traversal in Jenkins File Parameter Plugin 285.v757c5b_67a_c25 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files. StashedFileParameterValue joins an unchecked parameter name to a temporary directory path, so ../ segments escape that directory before uploaded content is copied. Item/Configure permission and the ability to run the configured job are required; successful exploitation creates or replaces controller files.
