Arbitrary agent file write via archive traversal

Path traversal in Jenkins Pipeline Utility Steps Plugin 2.15.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary agent files. The unzip and untar steps join untrusted archive entry names to the destination without rejecting parent-directory traversal, so extraction escapes the workspace. Attackers must be able to supply a crafted ZIP or TAR archive to a Pipeline job; exploitation creates or replaces files with attacker-chosen content on the executing agent.
