Service crash via D-Bus double reply

Use-after-free in Ubuntu AccountsService allows local users to crash accounts-daemon by sending a crafted system D-Bus message. Error paths in user.c call throw_error and then send a normal method return, causing both paths to decrement the same GDBusMethodInvocation reference and reuse the freed context. An unprivileged local account can trigger the demonstrated SIGSEGV; Canonical also assesses arbitrary code execution, but public research does not demonstrate that consequence.
