Buffer overflow in QNAP QTS 5.0.x and 5.1.x and QuTS hero h5.0.x and h5.1.x allows remote authenticated users to execute code via a network. QNAP identifies an unchecked buffer copy but has not disclosed the affected component, copied input, destination buffer, or request path. Administrator privileges and user interaction are required, and the published vendor vector limits the scored consequence to service interruption.
