Script execution via unescaped admin-page attributes
Published Jul 31, 2023 · Updated Oct 17, 2024
Reflected XSS in WPSofts Grid KIT Portfolio before 2.2.0 allows remote attackers to execute scripts via crafted admin-page parameters. Multiple admin views output unescaped request parameters and generated URLs inside HTML attributes, allowing injected markup to enter the page. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to open a crafted URL or submit an attacker-controlled form, exposing that administrator's browser session to script execution.
