Device crash via invalid RRC search-space list

Reachable assertion in MediaTek 5G Modem NR15 through NR17 allows remote attackers to crash affected devices via malformed RRC messages. The RRC setup handler processes an invalid searchSpacesToAddModList element and reaches an assertion instead of rejecting the message. A rogue 5G base station within radio range can trigger the crash without privileges or user interaction, interrupting device service.
