Authenticated code execution via DICOM debug file write

Command injection in Paessler PRTG Network Monitor 23.2.84.1566 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The DICOM C-ECHO sensor's undocumented debug option accepts injected command-line data and writes an attacker-controlled batch file for the EXE/Script sensor to run. A PRTG account with write permissions is required, and successful exploitation executes attacker-supplied commands on the monitoring server.
