Unauthenticated account takeover via unverified Apple login email
Published Nov 3, 2023 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Authentication bypass in FluxBuilder MStore API 4.10.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to access any user account by email address. The apple_login method accepts a supplied email to select a WordPress user without proving that an Apple identity token belongs to that address. Knowledge of an account's email address is sufficient to obtain its authenticated privileges, including administrator access when that address belongs to an administrator.
