Process hang via nested greedy URL regex

Regular expression denial of service in git-url-parse through 1.2.2 allows remote attackers to hang URL parsing with a crafted URL. Parser.parse applies POSSIBLE_REGEXES to the entire untrusted URL, including a greedy user group nested inside a repeating group that backtracks pathologically on long at-sign sequences. Exposure requires an attacker-controlled repository URL, such as when Semgrep 1.5.2 through 1.24.1 analyzes an untrusted package, and successful input ties up the process in CPU-intensive matching.
