Undefined behavior via unchecked timeout exponent

Improper input validation in DMTF libspdm before 2.3.3 allows attackers to invoke undefined behavior via an adjacent SPDM connection. The CAPABILITIES handler stores a Responder-controlled CTExponent without checking that it is below 64, then left-shifts a 64-bit timeout base by that exponent for cryptographic requests. Attackers must control the Responder and induce a request such as CHALLENGE; DMTF reports no security impact on x86, Arm, or RISC-V and unknown impact on other CPUs.
