Service crash via unchecked push payload

Improper input validation in Parse Server Push Adapter before 4.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to crash Parse Server. The APNS.send and GCM.send paths dereference payload data or clone the device list before confirming that supplied values exist and have the expected types. A user with high privileges who can submit a malformed push request can terminate the server process, while confidentiality and integrity remain unaffected.
