Cross-site scripting in Kanboard before 1.2.29 allows remote authenticated users to inject HTML through the screenshot paste handler. The screenshot component focuses a hidden contentEditable paste catcher, causing browsers to insert untrusted clipboard elements into the live DOM. Exploitation requires document-attachment permission, a victim who pastes the crafted screenshot data, and an improperly configured CSP; successful script execution operates in the victim's browser context.
