Crash and information disclosure via relayfs read race

Out-of-bounds read in Linux Kernel relayfs allows local users to crash affected systems or expose kernel memory through a local read. During concurrent relay-buffer activity, relay_file_read_start_pos fails to wrap an end-of-buffer position and relay_file_read copies from an invalid address. A low-privileged local account and precisely timed relay-buffer activity are required; no integrity impact is reported.
