Unauthorized table reads via incomplete SQL parsing

Incorrect authorization in SQL Lab in Apache Superset 2.1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read unauthorized tables. SQL Lab's access validator incompletely parses crafted SQL and therefore omits referenced tables from its authorization checks. A valid account with SQL Lab query access is required, and the demonstrated consequence is disclosure outside that account's permitted table scope.
