Subscriber-side script execution via report graphic uploads

Stored XSS in SUBNET PowerSYSTEM Center 2020 U10 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject script into reports. Report-header graphic uploads accept SVG content, or image files containing SVG, without an integrity check that rejects HTML elements and scripts. High-privilege access and subscriber interaction are required; the payload can leave the system in email notifications and run in a recipient context.
