Application hang via slow offset-table validation

Uncontrolled resource consumption in GLib 2.75.1 allows local users to hang applications that deserialize crafted GVariants. The GVariant deserializer performs pathologically slow offset-table validation on crafted input after an earlier validation change. Exposure requires an application built with the affected change to process attacker-controlled GVariant data; D-Bus traffic is not affected.
