Process crash via zero VOC sampling rate

Floating-point exception in SoX 14.4.3git allows local users to crash audio conversion by supplying a crafted VOC file. The read_samples function accepts a zero sampling rate from VOC input and uses it as a divisor at src/voc.c:334, raising the exception. Exploitation requires local invocation of SoX on the malformed file and terminates the processing instance without reported data disclosure or modification.
