Service interruption via non-normal GVariant byteswapping

Resource consumption in GLib GVariant deserialization allows local users to interrupt applications by supplying crafted serialized data. The g_variant_byteswap() path serializes non-normal tree-form values before swapping them, greatly expanding the representation and allocating many leaf GVariants. A user must cause an application to byteswap the crafted value; the resulting processing and allocation load can stall that application.
