Authenticated code execution via modTMMS SQL injection

SQL injection in the modTMMS endpoint of Trend Micro Apex Central 2019 allows remote authenticated users to execute code on the server. The delete_cert_vec handler uses the attacker-controlled id parameter to construct SQL queries without properly validating the supplied string. An Apex Central account is required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled code as the IUSR user on the server.
