Privilege escalation in Dell PowerScale OneFS allows local users to execute code and disclose information through a low-privilege account. Dell identifies the flaw only as improper privilege management in proprietary code and has not disclosed the affected component or incorrect operation. A low-privilege local account is required; successful exploitation can disclose information, execute code, or interrupt service on 9.2.1.0 through 9.2.1.22, 9.4.0.0 through 9.4.0.13, and 9.5.0.0 through 9.5.0.3.
